About the event
These classes are led by a practicing independent midwife (hello!), with over a decade's worth of experience supporting people to grow, birth and look after their babies.
You will gain an in-depth understanding of the physiology of birth, how you can optimise your birth as much as possible, the key role that birth partners play, how to feed a baby and what is normal (or not) newborn behaviour. You will also come away with an understanding of why hypnobirthing is so important, how it can help you BOSS YOUR BIRTH and the practical tips and tricks that you can use in the birth space. You will also feel more confident in knowing what to expect after baby is born, how to look after them and how to let yourself recover.
